This event is a specialised exhibition within the medical industry. With the
exception of hospitals and medical centres, all exhibitors and visitors are
professionals directly engaged in the sector, including manufacturers, service
providers, and distributors, with a primary focus on establishing B2B collaborations.
In its initial phase, we project occupying one hall at OCEC, accommodating
approximately 170-180 exhibitors. However, recognizing the significant potential
of this event, we have secured an additional hall, expanding the exhibition space
by 4,000 square meters. Through our strategic partnerships with professional
marketing firms, we anticipate attracting over 3000 specialized visitors from across
the globe who will be invited directly from our office.
Given the specialized nature of this exhibition, all attendees are expected to be
professionals actively engaged in the medical industry, seeking opportunities for
business expansion.
Throughout the exhibition, exhibitors will have the opportunity to attend conferences and panel discussions focused on business expansion in Oman and strategic engagement in the future of the Gulf region. Our marketing strategy, executed by a team of professionals, employs a multi-
faceted, time-sensitive approach. This includes: proactive international B2B
meetings, strategic attendance at key global exhibitions, the establishment of an
international network of over 50 local agents, direct outreach to more than 80
embassies, collaboration with the Oman Chamber of Commerce to engage Arab
and non-Arab chambers, and comprehensive online and social media campaigns.
